He has received many prestigious real estate designations, including Certified Residential Specialist (C.R.S.), Certified International Property Specialist (C.I.P.S), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Graduate Realtors Institute Certification (G.R.I.) and The California Real Estate Certificate (R.E.C.I.). He is a past president of the Realtors' Marketing Association. Joe is also a Five Star REO and Short Sale Certified Professional. Since 1978, Joe has professionally marketed and sold over 1 Billion dollars of residential real estate. He is considered an expert witness in California courts concerning real estate related matters and is a seminar leader, teaching top real estate professionals the latest marketing ideas in real estate today.

The Regional Support Specialist provides critical administrative, operational and customer service support to our Coldwell Banker Real Estate branch offices, leaders and agents. The RSS team will work together, spending time each week across a group of offices, providing support in a variety of ways including, but not limited to, processing agent transactions, acting as a liaison with our different departments and business partners, general office administration and customer service. This position plays a significant role in driving the success of our key principle of helping our agents live exceptional lives.
